MH went to the radio show with his bare face.
MH: I have loved fried chicken since young.. But I am not the kind that will try every new flavour released. When I fell for a certain flavour, i will eat it all the way.
PMS: Our country has about 20,000 fried chicken shops.. Are the taste really all different?
MH: Yes, you can differentiate it from the flour they use, and the crispiness and the colour..

Minari's Earnings
Regarding how much MH earns a year, using fried chicken (20,000won) as a measurement, MH said he can eat about 3 a day. PMS was saying that it means he doesn't have to worry and he won't go around starving with his current earnings.
How FTI split their earnings.. If it is group earnings, it will be split equally. But individual activities will be individual earnings. For anything that has to do with Chimelier, MH will take all the earnings.

Minari's First Fried Chicken
PMS asked if MH still remembered what it feels like when he ate his first fried chicken?
MH said he cant remember it clearly.. But it should be during primary school and his dad bought it back after work. It was a fried chicken.. He doesn't exactly remember the taste but his heart feels warm from eating it.

How this Chimelier event came about? It was originally a game played by the workers in this delivery company. Where they will guess the right brand of fried chicken and win some prizes. They felt that this idea is too good to be just kept within them, so they planned out this elaborated Chimelier event.
PMS: which flavour of fried chicken is the most popular these days?
MH: those more extreme flavours? Like the spicy ones? Or garlic chicken. Seems like these days, many will take spicy as a base and add some other flavours to it.

How FTISLAND Orders Chicken
MH: When you order one whole fried chicken for the family.. There's always this problem.. The drums and the wings.. There's only two each, who should the drums/wings goes to? In FTISLAND's case.. If we order fried chicken, we will not order one whole chicken.. We will order the combo series.. Where it is all drums and then add additional pieces.. This way, everyone will get to eat it. For FTISLAND, we will need to order at least three fried chicken.
PMS: wont all the member have different brand preference? How to decide?
MH: when it comes to fried chicken, i will be the one deciding.
MH himself prefers normal fried chicken and dip it with sauce.. But some members prefer seasoned fried chicken.. & some prefers green onion. So sometimes they will order one whole fried chicken then half seasoned, half green onion.

Minari's Chicken Preference
MH eats his fried chicken with pickled radish.. He says he need nothing else but just these two things. MH doesn't like to eat his fried chicken with french fries.. He feels that he will not be able to focus on the chicken that way.
MH: french fries should go with hamburger
PMS: what do you think about those burger with fried chicken patty? Chicken burger?
MH: personally, i don't eat that. Chicken is chicken and burger is burger

Regarding the Chimelier exam
There's 2 parts to it.. First part is paper based.. With questions like:
- what is the best temperature to fry the chicken
- point out where is the chicken breast
- given a photo and have to point out the brand
Second part is blind tasting.. With no hints of how many brands.. There's just 8 kinds of chicken samples for them to taste. You will need to get 50% for each part to pass the Chimelier exam.

Minari's Slump Period
PMS: how do you overcome your slump period?
MH: there's no such thing as overcome.. You just need to keep smiling.
MH: i would like to ask PMS-hyung.. There's times where you will ask yourself when doing broadcast.. Why am I doing this?
PMS: you need to develop some other interest. For example with your license, you can open a chicken shop or invent a new chicken flavour
MH: As a drummer, I'm always hidden on broadcast.. I will only shine during concerts.. It's also a pity that not many people will watch the broadcast.. Those who watched are mostly fans.. So i always go unnoticed. Other than drums.. There's also other things that i want to try doing.. Thus i am in deep thoughts.
PMS is telling MH to buy a fried chicken machine, thermometer, flour etc and start experimenting chicken flavour at home.

MH: my dream is not to be like someone. My dream is to be the role model of others.. I hope others will want to be like me when they grow up.
